At CELLYSZN, many of our products are custom-made, team-specific, or produced to order. Because of the personalized nature of these products, all return and refund requests are reviewed carefully and subject to the terms below.

 

1. Custom and Personalized Products

Custom, personalized, or team apparel is generally considered final sale.

This includes products containing:

• custom names

• player numbers

• team logos

• organization branding

• special sizing requests

• custom artwork or modifications

Unless an item is defective or incorrect due to our error, custom products are not eligible for:

• refunds

• exchanges

• cancellations

• returns

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing payment.

 

2. Non-Custom Products

For eligible non-custom items, return requests may be accepted if:

• the item is unused

• unwashed

• unworn

• in original condition

• returned within 14 days of delivery

Approved returns may be subject to inspection before refunds or exchanges are issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

 

3. Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive:

• an incorrect item

• a damaged product

• a manufacturing defect

• a customization error caused by CELLYSZN

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Requests should include:

• order number

• description of the issue

• clear photographs of the product and packaging

If approved, CELLYSZN may, at its discretion:

• replace the item

• issue store credit

• issue a refund

• provide another reasonable resolution

 

4. Sizing Issues

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before placing orders.

Because apparel sizing may vary by:

• manufacturer

• garment style

• product type

CELLYSZN is not responsible for sizing dissatisfaction where the correct item and size ordered were supplied.

For team orders, customers are encouraged to verify sizing carefully before purchase.

 

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production or processing begins.

Once:

• printing

• customization

• embroidery

• production

• supplier ordering

has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Approved cancellations may be subject to processing or restocking fees where applicable.

 

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on:

• payment provider

• financial institution

• processing systems

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.

 

7. Sale Items

Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items may be final sale unless otherwise stated.

 

8. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is:

• refused by the customer

• returned due to incorrect shipping information

• undeliverable

additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Original shipping charges may not be refunded.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

CELLYSZN reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges where:

• products show signs of use

• items were altered after delivery

• return requests fall outside stated timelines

• claims are inconsistent with order records

Our maximum liability relating to any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.
