At CELLYSZN, many of our products are custom-made, printed to order, or produced specifically for teams and organizations. Because of this, shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, and seasonal demand.

 

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed after:

  • payment has been received

  • artwork or customization details are confirmed

  • inventory availability is verified

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • product type

  • customization requirements

  • supplier timelines

  • seasonal volume

Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided as general estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

2. Custom and Team Orders

Custom apparel, team stores, and personalized products may require additional production time.

Production does not begin until:

  • order details are finalized

  • customization selections are confirmed

  • payment is successfully processed

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • spelling

  • sizing

  • names and numbers

  • shipping details

are accurate at the time of purchase.

CELLYSZN is not responsible for delays caused by customer approval delays or incorrect information submitted during checkout.

 

3. Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using third-party courier and shipping providers selected by CELLYSZN.

Available shipping options and rates will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

Shipping availability may vary by:

  • destination

  • order size

  • product type

  • carrier service levels

 

4. Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated shipping timelines are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to:

  • carrier delays

CELLYSZN is not liable for shipping delays once orders have been transferred to the carrier.

 

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • delays may occur

  • additional shipping charges may apply

  • packages may be returned to sender

CELLYSZN is not responsible for lost shipments caused by incorrect customer information.

 

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

CELLYSZN is not responsible for:

  • stolen packages

  • unattended deliveries

  • carrier delivery errors after confirmed delivery

If a package arrives damaged, customers should contact us promptly and provide:

  • order number

  • photographs of packaging and product damage

  • description of the issue

Claims for damaged shipments may be subject to carrier review and timelines.

 

7. Local Pickup (If Applicable)

If local pickup is offered:

  • customers will be notified when orders are ready

  • pickup instructions and timing will be provided directly

Orders not picked up within a reasonable period may be subject to storage limitations or cancellation policies.

 

8. International Shipping (If Applicable)

International customers are responsible for:

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

  • brokerage fees

  • local import requirements

CELLYSZN is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

 

9. Split Shipments

In certain situations, orders may ship separately depending on:

  • production schedules

Customers may receive multiple shipments for a single order.
