We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, sizing, and images accurately.

However:

  • colours may appear differently depending on screens and devices

  • mockups and digital previews are for illustration purposes only

  • final printed size, placement, and colour tones may vary slightly

Minor variations do not constitute defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, sizing, spelling, customization selections, and order information before submitting payment.

 

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Once an order is submitted:

  • you may receive an automated confirmation email

  • this does not guarantee acceptance of the order

  • CELLYSZN reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order

We may contact customers if:

  • inventory issues arise

  • pricing errors occur

  • artwork or customization requires clarification

  • shipping information is incomplete

 

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, product availability, shipping costs, and promotional offers may change without notice.

CELLYSZN reserves the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order is submitted.

 

5. Payment

Payment is required before orders are processed or produced.

By submitting payment, you confirm that:

  • you are authorized to use the payment method provided

  • the billing information submitted is accurate

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers integrated with our website platform.

 

6. Custom and Team Orders

Many products sold by CELLYSZN are custom-made, team-specific, or produced on demand.

For custom apparel orders:

  • customers are responsible for approving spelling, names, numbers, sizes, and design selections

  • once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible

  • production timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed

CELLYSZN is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, manufacturers, weather events, labour disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

7. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.

CELLYSZN is not responsible for:

  • courier delays

  • lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Additional shipping fees may apply if packages are returned or require reshipment due to incorrect information.

 

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Custom, personalized, or team apparel may not be eligible for return unless defective or incorrect due to our error.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • logos

  • branding

  • graphics

  • product designs

  • text

  • images

  • layouts

are the property of CELLYSZN or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
